You, the customer, have a 14 day right of return provided the goods are returned in ‘as new’ and in its original packaging. If goods are returned outside this timeframe or returned in a used or damaged state, or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the goods back to you at your cost. TeacherTalk Limited will meet its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Delivery Times

Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within two working days. Deliveries are only made on working days and not on weekends. Most orders placed before 11am on weekdays going to a North Island address, will be delivered within 24 hours and orders going to a South Island address, within 48 hours. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed the following working day.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email that contains a tracking number.
